Navigating the portal

The Edurie portal is your personal hub for everything school-related. From checking your grades and class schedule to reading announcements and submitting teacher evaluations, every feature you need is available in one place. Your school gives you a unique web address to access the portal, and you can log in from any browser or install the app directly on your phone.

Accessing your school's portal

Every school on Edurie has its own dedicated URL in the format:

https://edurie.com/{school-slug}

Your school will provide you with its specific address. Bookmark it so you can return quickly, or follow the steps in the Install as a mobile app section below to add it to your home screen.

Logging in

Edurie supports several sign-in methods. Use whichever one your school has enabled.

Email and password

  1. Go to your school's portal URL.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Enter your password and click Sign In.
  4. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password? and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.

One-time passcode (OTP)

  1. Go to your school's portal URL.
  2. Select Sign in with OTP.
  3. Enter your registered email address and click Send Code.
  4. Check your inbox for the six-digit code and enter it on the verification screen.
  5. Codes expire after a few minutes β€” request a new one if yours times out.

Google sign-in

  1. Go to your school's portal URL.
  2. Click Continue with Google.
  3. Select or sign in to the Google account linked to your school profile.
  4. You will be redirected to your dashboard automatically.

Microsoft sign-in

  1. Go to your school's portal URL.
  2. Click Continue with Microsoft.
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft or school Office 365 account.
  4. You will be redirected to your dashboard automatically.

Note: If you are unsure which sign-in method your school uses, contact your registrar or IT support desk. Some schools restrict login to a single method (for example, Microsoft sign-in only).

Your dashboard

After signing in, you land on your personal dashboard at edurie.com/{school-slug}/. This screen gives you an at-a-glance summary of your academic life:

SectionWhat you'll find
Enrollment StatusYour current enrollment standing for the active term
Upcoming ClassesThe next sessions on your schedule for today and tomorrow
AnnouncementsThe latest school-wide and class-level announcements
Quick LinksShortcuts to grades, calendar, and your profile

Tip: Announcements marked with a bell icon are high-priority messages from your school administration. Read these first.

Key sections

Profile

Go to Profile to view and update your personal information, including your contact details, address, and emergency contacts. Some fields (such as your name or student ID) may be locked for editing; contact the registrar's office if a correction is needed.

Academic records

Your full grade history across every term you have been enrolled lives on the Academic Records page. Use this page to view your transcript, check cumulative averages, and download records for applications or transfers.

Grades

The Grades page shows your scores for the current semester broken down by class and grading period. Individual grade items β€” quizzes, exams, projects β€” appear once your teacher publishes them. See Viewing your classes and grades for a detailed walkthrough.

Clearance

The Clearance page displays your current clearance status with each school department (library, accounting, registrar, and so on). A green status means you are cleared; a red status means there is an outstanding requirement. Contact the relevant department to resolve any holds.

Calendar

Your personal schedule lives on the Calendar page. The calendar shows your enrolled classes, school holidays, exam schedules, and any events posted by your teachers or administration. Switch between day, week, and month views using the controls at the top of the page.

Evaluations

At the end of each term, your school may ask you to evaluate your teachers and courses. Open evaluation forms appear in the Evaluations section of the sidebar. Complete them honestly β€” responses are anonymous unless your school has configured otherwise.

Library

The Library section lets you browse your school's catalog, check which materials are available, and view your current borrowings and due dates. Return reminders also appear here.

Announcements and events

School-wide announcements and upcoming events are surfaced in two places:

  • Dashboard β€” the three most recent announcements appear in the feed when you first log in.
  • Announcements & Events page β€” the full archive, filterable by category and date, lets you catch up on anything you missed.

Note: Event RSVPs, where enabled by your school, can be submitted directly from the event detail view.
